We had a perfect spring morning for our shoot in Ft. Tryon Park. It was a challenge keeping the 3 year old focused and I thought at one point we may have lost her to the dreaded pout, but Kenrick picked her up by her ankles and she was quickly all smiles. That’s the secret to a fantastic family shoot by the way, PLAY as a family! Have fun! Be silly and you photos will be full of life. Thanks Cato family.

Rebecca’s getting married in Texas, her home state, but she didn’t want to miss out on the best back drop in the world. So the two of us scheduled a bridal portrait session doing all things NYC: strutting the crosswalks in front of The Flatiron Building, riding the subway, hailing a cab etc. all while in her dress. You should have seen the faces of the ladies at Klienfields when they realized she was actually walking out of the store in her dress! I told you we wouldn’t get one speck of dirt on the dress. (phew!) Stay tuned for our trash the dress session in Coney Island….

What an amazing event! Was so fun meeting all the brides and reconnecting with vendors who I do so much business with. I also had the opportunity to show off my portfolio using my brand new iPad! Want to see one close up and in person? Book an appointment and I’ll let you play with it;) A big shout out to Gabriella Bridal, her booth looked amazing! I did all the photography and Sebastian Li designed the panels. It turned out great, really stood out from the other bridal shops featured, very unique. Way to go. I took a few snaps w/my iphone (no, iPad does not take photos, or make phone calls, much like my iphone-ha ha).
